Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SehatPlus mobile application ("the app") provided by Nirwan Technologies. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use SehatPlus. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at contact@nirwantechnologies.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Health information, not medical advice
SehatPlus is a nutrition- and health-tracking tool for general informational and educational purposes. It does not provide medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nutritional values and estimates are approximate and may be inaccurate.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your diet, health, or medical treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- SehatPlus offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features.
- Payments are processed by the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), and their terms apply to the transaction. We do not receive your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple account settings.
- Except where required by law or the app store's policies, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the app store.
- Prices and features may change; we will give notice of material changes as required by the app stores and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems, except to the extent permitted by law;
- upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others' rights; or
- misuse or overload our services, including automated scraping or abuse of APIs.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the data and images you add to the app. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where you opt in to contribute anonymised food images, you grant us a licence to use that anonymised, de-identified content to improve our food-detection technology.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your data) are owned by Nirwan Technologies and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of nutritional or health information.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nirwan Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on nutritional or health information in the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see our account-deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the app.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nirwan Technologies is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits the data-protection or consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the app evolves. We will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
